Call for papers
APBC2021 invites high quality original full papers on any topic related to bioinformatics and computational biology. The submitted papers must have not been published or under the consideration for publication in any other journal or conference with formal proceedings. All accepted papers will have to be presented by one of the authors at the conference.
Papers are solicited on, but not limited to, the following topics:
- Sequencing and genotyping technology and applications
- Gene regulation, transcriptomics and epigenomics
- Comparative and evolutionary genomics
- Single cell genomics and proteomics
- Epigenetics and population genetics
- RNA, protein, and proteome analyses
- Network biology and systems biology
- Bioimaging
- Complex disease and cancer genetics
- Metagenomics
- Health informatics (EMR data mining)
Instruction for authors
The author should follow general format provided by the Journal editorial office to format the article for online submission. However, APBC2021 PC chairs may assign your submission to a different Journal and ask you to reformat your paper.

Accepted paper
- All accepted papers will have to be presented by one of the authors at the conference.
- Accepted papers will be invited to be published in BMC Bioinformatics, BMC Genomics, BMC Medical Genomics, IEEE/ACM TCBB and Computational Biology and Chemistry following each journal's publication policy
- Submitting two or more papers to the conference is permitted. However, each author can only present one paper in the conference.
