Applied Medical Genomics Core


  • Objective
    To set up a bioinformatics core lab as research, teaching, and service center for applied medical genomics studies in the southern Taiwan

  • Specific Aims
    1. Develop value-added databases and software
    2. Provide powerful computational capacity for supporting genomic medicine researches
    3. Provide databases and software to internet users
    4. Offer training and education courses
    5. Integrate with other service cores to form the “Bioinformatics network” in Taiwan
