Important Notes:

• Please do the payment first prior to registration. You need to submit the proof of payment when do the online registration.
• To apply for the rate of the student registration, please provide your student ID for approval while signing up for the account in the registration system.
• The registration fee does NOT include bank transfer fees.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

• The organizing committee will not return any registration fee should the event is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, such as typhoon, volcano eruption, war, or other forms of natural disasters.

Cancellation & Refund:

• Cancellation Policy: All requests for cancellations must be received in writing to organizing committee. If a written request of cancellation is received prior to 31 May 2019, 25% of the registration fee will be returned after the conference. Refund requested on and after 31 May 2019 will not be processed.
